June was a travel month for me as I spent the majority of the month out of Los Angeles.  I did see some great shows all over the country though by Now, Now (Ventura Theater, Mercury Lounge, Terminal 5), The Maccabees (Webster Hall), Los Encantados (Brooklyn), Fun. (Terminal 5) and Hooray For Earth (Tammany Hall).  My whole month was highlighted by the crowd left with their mouths open at Tammany Hall with HFE.  They played at least 3 new songs that are an exciting preview to their next album.  I cannot wait!
