Can’t Miss September Concerts in Los Angeles!
Most of the month I was working which held back my concert attendance. Besides the incredible time at my benefit concert at Maxwell’s on August 10th, I saw two other shows month. Up first was M83 in Central Park Summerstage. I had been looking forward to this for about 6 months and was slightly disappointed with the sound. The wind was quiet and the air was clear, but the dance party just didn’t happen. The mix was decent, but the decibals turned a great show into an average one. This is why I hate festivals. The second highlight of the month was a special filming with Now. Now in Brooklyn for a live thing they were doing. I’ve seen them a handful of times this year and this was clearly their best effort. Like I’ve said before I’m looking for big things to happen to this trio. Stay tuned…
