Fresh Tunes: January 2014

So far, January has been doing us right with some really exciting new music from an array of artists. I’m really loving Tycho‘s first singles from Awake which is expected to be released March 18th [Ghostly International]. And Gramatik‘s new album The Age of Reason (released Jan 25th) is for sure my favorite album of the year so far with a few standout tracks, one of which I have included for you today. But it’s BANKS all the way, baby! Her latest release, “Brains,” is sexy, smooth, and full of emotion with strong, heartfelt lyrics and heavy beats. She’s doing it all right! Here are a few fresh new tunes from the third week in January!
